Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann

I heard a recent 2021 metal album that was, in two words, fucking atrocious (hint - the band starts with "Kos" & has some of the worst album art in recent memory). With the sound of that shitty album still ringing in my ears, I went to my go-to band to wash it away: Blaze of Perdition. This album is just so deep, complex & epic with my favorite Sonneillon vocals to date. But definitely check "Ashes Remain" the next time you hear a superficial band trying too hard. It will make you believe again. bcb723

"The Fall
Through tremors in faith or denial of truth
The Fall
Downfall of hope though the spiral of dread
The Fall
Flames of reluctance enlighten the self
The Fall
So shall the world go on" 🎵
I know, I know, it was released two years ago, but it's just now I can't stop listening to it. The right time has come. YomaBarr
